It makes sense, its clearly 10-12 feet wide, meaning its about 15 feet long. Kitchen counters probably around 2 feet with 3 feet space, probably bigger than the video, still leaves 8 feet for the couch area.

A beautiful design. However... The external laundry is a no-go for me. Why? Possible security issue. Bad weather. More probability of maintenance issues with the machine being outside.
