one of the best designs i've seen so far! very idealistic and space saving. loving the minimalist vibe! sana po gumawa dn kayo ng another version where it's a bit downscale, but still with laundry shop and loft type units, for those wishing na mgpatayo ng low-cost apartments. thanks! great work!

Can you do 50sqm 2 storey with roofdeck Ground floor ktchen comon cr dining Living garage 2ndfloor 1 masters bedroom w/ cr 1 or 2 loft bedroom 1 office or studio 1 comon cr or kung d na kasya wag nlg lagyan ng comon cr meron naman sa baba hehe pg d lg po kasya 😂 Kung okay lg po sa inyo hehehe thank you!!!

Hello new subscriber po ako ! I’m planning to build my holiday house po sa pinas . Can you please design a 2 bedroom house with a firewall on the RIGHT side of the house that can fit in a 87 SQM LOT area. Can you also please put a small laundry area or a dirty kitchen at the back of the house . Thank you !

Yess, i think the only problem here was i forgot to put the emergency stairs for fireexits & the roof eaves allowance to the firewall , I should have done bettter I followed the minimum setbacks front/rear tho Apologies for the incompleteness i will do better in my future posts Thanks for watching

Thank you so much for pointing that out! For that, all rear window shall be added with fire escape stair leading to the bike parking area and extra fire escape stair down to the laundry, that will be the 2nd means of egress Will update this to my description, thanks again 😍

agreed, but since its for a unit solo/couple renters they can move the sofa if none uses the dining area 😁

Hi @@allanvicera7449 This is a minimum basis design, we can adjust the heights to our preferences. For your reference 1.10mtrs is like sitting on a lower bunk bed, while the 1.8 mtrs is enough for the average height of Filipinos. I hope this helps! Thank you!
