Multi IK Spider Rig tutorial in Houdini KineFX + download

This video breaks down the rigging process of a spider in Houdini KineFX. The rig incorporates layered IK chains to allow movement of each joint in the spiders' legs using a simple method and covers every step, up to exporting the rig into a portable Houdini digital asset.

Why Houdini makes everything hard compared to other 3d software?

Because it gives you ALL the options, that other software hide. You aren't ready for this level of control, so learn some of the other very capable software first, and then the power of Houdini, might be easier for you, and more useful. You just aren't ready.

You must be joking, or a joke... why are you even watching this video? Most Houdini users are tougher than getting put off by some normal and not even that loud mouse clicks. I must be missing something. What's the joke??
