@Askpt why their are vacant lands of 225 acres in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. and also their there are new upcoming nodes . and DPR is already on NMMC website Nodes like Adivali-Bhutavali Node as Ready Recknor Rate of Land is too high , Digha & Ilthaanpada Node. Will they get approval from State Government .

Metro Line 3 July Mai Open Hosakti Hai Aur Authorities Ko Open Kardena Chahiye, September Tak Kheechne Ka Koi Matlab Nahi Hai Kyuki Yeh Delayed Inauguration Bhi Politician Ke Votes Ko Effect Kar Sakta Hai. Aur Atleast Agar September Tak Open Kar Rahe Ho Toh Kam Se Kam Aarey Se Worli Tak Toh Open Kar Hi Sakte Hai Kyuki September Tak Aur Time Miljaayega Metro Line Ke Dusre Phases Ko Ready Karne Ke Liye.

I have serious concerns about the BMC developing a theme park on the Mahalakshmi Race Course land. I believe it will lead to a disaster. I have 0% trust in BMC.

Bro, Mumbaikars are still lucky, it is delayed by a year. Come to Kolkata, the the East-West metro was supposed to be fully operational by 2014-15, and is still not fully operational! 😂😂

@@skbanerjeebro this metro is going on from decades. This was going to open around 2013 though the project was started around 2006 but then it got delayed again and again till today's time still they are giving new dates . Every 10-20 days they are giving new dates now.

1:09 Rubbish theory Reality is that the work is not completed! Go and look for yourself! The stations are not compelted for phase 1. So much work is pending! Amd they want to make India a superpower😂 with this speed of infra construction!

Why is it that whenever you speak about govt project you use term GHATIYA? Is hanging Gardens ghatiya? Also, I have traveled the world, but you seem to glorify foreign locales and cities, Have you seen Canadian roads with human excrete and drug used needles. Filth in Paris or London, or New York and Frankfurt? If not check it out. Do some research. India is definitely needs to go a long way still, but to demean some good work is belittling the info you channel provides on others good contents. If you criticize or glorify any project, and compare that with any foreign project at least do some research. As said, your videos, otherwise, have very good content.
