1. Evening workout 2.Keep changing your workout schedule (in 4-6 weeks) 3. Calories surplus (6-8 meal a day)(30-35 protein,50-55 carbs,10-15 fats) 4. Recovery ( sleep 8 hours a day,do stretching and massage your body) 5. Do cardio for 20 minutes 6.Not all suppliment are necessary (only take whey protein, creatine,pre workout)

Sir, as you said about supplements, take very little artificial protein and suggested to follow high amount of natural diet. But even if you eat 6 times a day, you will not get the required protein, so you take protein in the form of supplements, but at the same time, antioxidants are also very important which is we can't get it from daily meal in enough amount , so why not to take a multivitamin, calcium, omega supplement?

bilkul sahi bola sir me hamesha evening workout karta tha mast body thi meri or fark samajh ata tha but abhi 2-3 saal ke gap ke bad start kiya hai ({bich bich me 1-2 mahine krleta tha)} morning me kar raha hu but waisa fark nhi aarha samajh me or wo feel nahi aarha jo mujhe hota tha negativity hai kafi ragular to hu but result sahi nahi lagrhe jabki evening m jab karta tha gaps bhi hojte the kabhi 6 days regular gym nahi ja pata tha fir bhi body badhiya rhti thi gain hota tha ab morning me regular hone ke bad bhi gaining utni nhi aarhi

Sir....kudos to you again for a wonderful video power-packed with knowledge from experience 🙏🙏🙏 As you know, our daily nutrition might not be enough to complete all the necessary micronutirents, vitamins & minerals although we try to have the carbs:pro:fat as 5:3:2; is it suggestible to take extra tablets/supplements containing vitamins/minerals/fishoil etc.?? please share your views.
