सर आपकी जितने भी टिप्स दी थी सब करके देख ली सब वीडियो की वेजिटेरियन हूं डाइट भी अच्छी लेता हूं ट्रेनिंग भी अच्छी करता हूं इसलिए भी अच्छी लेता हूं डाइजेशन भी अच्छा है जब भी बॉडी नहीं बन रही

I m following all these habits from long time. But weight training started from last 2 month. Earlier doing only simple exercise & Yoga. I wake up at 5 am & start my workout with empty stomatch. I sleep at 9.30 pm.

Once i taken horlicks protein plus, then jis muscle ki exercise karta tha us part me daane laal nikal aate the, aisa hote hote back, shoulder, bicep triceps chest pe bhi daane nikal aaye, maine product fek diya. Tab se mujhe protein powder se chid hai.
