Here to sum up of all the mistakes :- 1) Not using full range of motion. 2) No focusing on grip strength. 3) Avoiding big lifts like deadlift squats and bench press. Don't miss them. 4) Not planning meal before working out. 5) Ego lifting. 6) Lack of focus. Spending time on texting and stuff.

Mistakes: 1) Not doing full range of motion. 2) No gripping strength - Re Rack your own weights, rods, dumbbells etc. 3) Avoiding deadlifts, bench press and squat. 4) Eating bananas in the gym just before workout or in between workouts. 😂 5) Using weight you can't command. Hence no ego lifting. 6) Lack of focus or Lazy training. Hope this helps 👍

He is so cool and calm.. My dad always says that u can't become beast with aggressive nature and these is true.. Keep ur mind calm, be patient muscles don't grow in a day or two, take healthy meals, workout properly and maturely and one day success will surely kiss ur feet😇😇

Mistakes beginners do are: 1) Not doing full range of motion. Full range of motions develop muscle completely and it also save your joints and prevent you from any injury. 2) No gripping strength - Re Rack your own weights, rods, dumbbells etc. 3) Avoiding deadlifts, bench press and squat. Do this exercise at least once a week 4) Eating bananas in the gym just before workout or in between workouts. Take your pre workout meal at least one hour before exercise. So that its ingredients can give you energy during workout. 5) Using weight you can't command. Make sure you can control weight and maintain your posture rather than weight controlling you. Hence no ego lifting. 6) Lack of focus or Lazy training. Do not check your mobile phone or Instagram aur WhatsApp etc.

Really beneficial tips. You are awesome sir! My dad taught me similar things. One was grip training by lifting plates carefully and the other thing he told me was "never throw the weights after workout. Use your strength to slowly keep down the weights. it improves your strength"

Ohh corrected that banana mistake ....Sir joined gym few days back but my back pain is hindering me ...Sir one more question should we use prework out supplements and if yes after how many days of starting the workout. Sir since i am from jammu and kashmir and we here take rice twice a day ,should i take once a day only or should i limit the quantity but eat twice a day .....You are motivation ....❤️❤️❤️

logic is, any thing that quickly goes into blood can be taken during excercise like, water/ electrol / bcaa ! don't take whey, complex carbohydrates, fuits, etc during workout ! protein shake like whey should be post workout or half hour before workout !

Sir your teaching way is amazing nd i did a mistake that i always had pre workout 10 to 15 mins before go to gym but now I'll always have my pre workout before 1 hour of exercise

सर जी आप से मेरे 3 सवाल है pls जवाब दीजिये 1।जैसा कि आपने कहा जिम जाते वक्त कुछ नही कहना चाहिए लेकिन जिम से आने के बाद खाये तो बेनिफिट रहेगा क्या? मतलब जिम से 1 घंटा पहले खाते है तो सेम वही बेनिफिट मिलेगा क्या? 2।वर्कआउट करते वक़्त पसीना बहाना ज़रूरी है क्या? 3। वर्कआउट करते वक़्त जिम अगर फैन फुल स्पीड चालू रहा तो कैसा रहेगा आप की एडवाइस चाहिए
