Hmm or maybe more i guess i think this anime gonna has 6 season because there's a extra story after the mainstory isn't it. After that the Laplace story part maybe gonna be the movie.

@@InstanRamen most likely 4 seasons in total with 6 volumes adapted into each season since season 1 showed the first 6 volumes and the second season trailer only showed up to volume 12 and if they are going to animate redundancy its prob gonna be its own thing rather than being in the main series

It's incredibly good, with the visuals too. Loved it right off the bat, sometimes it takes me a few listens as well, to really start appreciating. It has an odd nostalgic feeling to me that i like a lot. The song itself works wonderfully.

I've already loved this ED since I first heard it, the music and lyrics are all impressive, it actually gives me the feelings that the whole journey is just so wonderful for the characters that they all wish it would never end.

You could interpret it as either how the world SHOULD be (or how Orsted sees it), or as Rudy looking through a window, still not really feeling like Rudy IS him yet.

I do want to read it at some point in the future, but for now I'm perfectly content with what the anime has to offer 👍🏻 Probably won't do a regular story review since that's not really my thing, but definitely looking forward to season 2!

Fair! I don't really disagree since interpretations are up to the listeners, and in this case those who know enough of the language to translate it as well. I'm also not perfect at Japanese and can say that I'm probably quite a bit better now than I was when I made this video. It's been over a year, but guessing based on how I did it and what I said about it, the day being referenced was the day, or rather night, Rudy and Eris awoke in the Demon Continent following the teleportation and that the song is being sung from a point after that: like they did (prayed) on the first star they saw that day (following the teleportation), they are (again) praying (on the first star they see now) that the town and people remain the same while they make their way back home. Like you mentioned, the path home is one of those lyrical lines without enough formal grammar to make a solid judgment with unless we make a sort of weird translation where it attaches to 願う (and subsequently everything attached to 願う as well, transliterating into "the path home that prays on the first star like that day"), so I stuck it onto the previous line for the sake of English translational context and interpreted it the same way you did: that it's being performed along the route home, just sometime after the first day they arrived in their new location. TLDR; your interpretation has "that day" prior to the teleportation with the prayer directly referencing it, mine has "that day" just after teleportation and the current prayer being made in the same way as the one they made on "that day." Both could be right, both could be wrong, either way, it's just an interpretation, and the difference in nuance between what we said seems so subtle that I feel like it hardly makes a difference to the majority of people who want to know what the lyrics mean on a broad scale. Most anisongs make the lyrics nonspecific so that they work normally as regular songs without the context of what they were made for, so these kinds of things really are up to the listeners' own interpretations anyway.

​@@GengaJupite Ah, okay, your interpretation makes sense to me as well, and I think has the advantage of making better use of the specificity of the word "day".
