It is a very nice sounding library indeed and it quickly became my favourite. I also say this owning quite a few acoustic guitar libraries.

Thanks Ruben. That's sounds like a well-recorded library and great value too! Having to create separate MIDI channels, to drive the different voicing components, may appear overly involved. But I resort to this same methodology when arranging parts using a Spectrasonics' Trilian bass Multi that can host the different voicing components. Whilst I may initially compose the melody body using a 'Sustain' voicing, I can then select and move MIDI notation from the Sustain MIDI clip to a preferred MIDI track to address a more suitable voicing such as 'Staccato', 'Muted', 'Harmonic' etc.. I find this workflow is far easier to manage, compared to working with key-switching.

Wow the various movement sounds should be in every guitar plugin even the electric guitar plugins. If ample guitar plugins had those that would be so cool

Thanks for the video. I have been watching a lot of your videos lately as I am looking to purchase some guitar options for live use. This one seems great for recording, but not for live playing. Do you have a recommendation leaning more towards playing live? I play in a rock cover band (classic to current) and have been covering guitar parts with sounds on my Yamaha MODX8+ and my Korg Kronos, but I believe the options you have been presenting sound more realistic. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also I am a new subscriber. Keep up the great work!

RealLPC is great for live use, although their internal fx needs lots of work. You can customize key switches and have many ways of triggering different articulations. I recommend buying a third party amp/fx simulator like guitar rig pro or Amplitube. AGLP by Ample Sound is good too. You can strum custom chords, or you can play it like a keyboard and trigger strum noise to make it sound more realistic.

Do you prefer the native instruments midi controller you’re currently using over the Kawaii VPC1?

The VPC1 is incredible for recording piano parts and perhaps using keyswitches, but because it has no mod wheel, pitch bend, assignable knobs, and keys are too heavy for organ/synth playing, I'd say the Kontrol S88 is more useful for my day-to-day work. That said, that are better controllers out there. I like the feel of the KeyLab 88 MKII. It has better piano feel and it has more controls than the S88. @@briannzuwah9455
