Glad I came across this one. It's perfect for surf soundtracks and spaghetti western soundtracks. All one needs to do is add a banjo, a soprano singer, a whistler, a harmonica, some whipping/shooting/ricochet samples, the sound of horses and carts, running footsteps, etc. For the surf you'd just add beach sounds, the sounds of onlookers cheering on, etc. This guitar set is PERFECT for those two things. There is literally no better guitar set out there for these things.

Bothers me alot that even arturia collection doesnt match the amouth of quality sounds still... and i spent $599 on it.. its not bad its great but omnisphere is easier amd simpler and yet older and slower. Yet the interface access to sounds is better.

Does it have a pattern/arpeggio mode? E.g. if I play a C major chord, can it create a bass line from that and follow my next chords? Like an arranger...

These audio modelling instruments look really good. So far I use iM1 Korg which is really good and realistic but not so much control over the details of manipulating all the different subtilties of one note or a chord. All the same what comes out is great but having access to these would be great. I purchased an SL73 just yesterday but that will take some time to arrive but went for that because in one of their demo’s they all used the Studio Logic SL’s. I guess it is because those are also produced in Italy. I have an M-Audio Oxygen Pro which will give me the ability to test those plugins on both and they just released them as AUV3 plugins for iPad so probably go for them. First one will most likely be the sax set but lately been using the iM1 Cornet which is very empowering. The iM1 presets are enjoyable using Aftertouch but still limited. Really looking forward to getting these Instrument modelling plugins especially the baritone and tenor. Thanks for the post. And well done by the way, a very good reveal.

I’m coming from the old days where I was loading scsi samples into a 3 KurzweiIs…had all the best of the sample libraries….I was always disappointed to a degree with the outcomes….played everything with 10 fingers ….here we are in 2024 and I have to say these Virharmonic samples have finally made me completely satisfied…. I want to Thank the team at Virharmonic for taking the time and money to get it right 💪 They are simply astonishing 💥

Can u also make a tutorial using piano roll only? And using key switches in piano roll. Programming in riffer and strummer is too complex for me. 💔

How do I input chords in the Hellraiser riffer? It only alows me to enter individual notes. I have the Ample sound Stratocaster and entering chords in riffer is easy. Not sure if im doing something wrong or if thats just the way hell raiser works.

Unfortunately, there is no strumming feature on AMH like there is on every other guitar. I wish there was, even if it was just for 6 of the 9 strings.

Beginning reminded me SOOOO much of "Grief And Sorrow" by Toshio Masuda! Loved it. You have always been the best reviewer for Ample sound products. Been watching since before they hired you. Lol still remember how fast that reaction video was. Think it was actually during a review video for one of their libraries haha. You really deserve it brother. Thanks for the considerate reviews not wasting time! Also, something not enough walkthrough videos include... someone that can actually play some chords! Damn now that I'm thinking about, it you really taught me how to think about programming guitar libraries or similar.
