Road of resistance live!!!! They’re other songs are better I think and more interesting and unique... it’s like you got the two mellowest ones lol also was that ryu that you yelled out when you were watching? Lol their live stuff is crazy bc of the “Kami band,” this band is legendary and has one of the best 6 string bass players of all time.... it’s insane.... I can’t explain how badass it is... the whole band is insane and that with the girls is just fun. Su-metal is a legend ... the oldest one... she’s just a powerful performer and they connect with the audience so well and the whole place yells the words out at certain times and is the craziest crowd engagement I have EVER seen... it’s so good!!!!!!

Babymetal is even better and heavier live. Their studio albums are not their best thing. They have a great backup band they call the Kami Band. They only do live performances. They only appear in music videos if the music video is a live performance with studio audio on top or an official live. BABYMETAL - IDZ live at Sonisphere 2014 (Official Live) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iNVdksaTy8rWiXk.html The Kami Band doesn't even do the studio versions. At least not as a unit. So it's really a different product live. Su is a much better live singer for whatever reason than she is on the albums as well.

⚡ 💀 💕 / 👻 👻 👻 There's a good reason 'Karate' was the featured single for the second album. Like a lot of BABYMETAL songs, this one has a positive message about facing life's challenges, internal and external. That genre conversation is an interesting one. BABYMETAL don't believe you should be able to easily assign a genre to one of their songs. If you can, then they weren't successful in what they are trying to do. Since you've listened to a couple of BABYMETAL songs with all three original members, you might find it interesting to react to one of Su-metal's solo songs. I'd suggest 'Rondo of Nightmare', especially one of the versions with the short Kami Band instrumental 'Mischiefs of the Metal Gods' leading into it. Hoy he visto como 23 videos tuyos XD Soy de España y te voy a recomendar 2 grupos no lo son. El primero lo conoci el año pasado y me enamoraron tanto que viaje hasta Londres para escucharlos en directo. Ningen Isu es el nombre del grupo y tienen mazo de canciones flipantes, esta es su mejor cancion que ademas es de 8 minutos y 27 segundosHeartless Scat es como se llama y te pongo el enlace de la cancion kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ech5apyWms--e6c.html tiene otras canciones muy buenas como Life for Sale o como The Colour out of Space, esta ultima una locura. Y este otro grupo justamente las conoci en esta cuarentena y tengo ganas de ir a verlas cuando se pueda viajar. Son 3 hermanas de 16, 18 y 20 años que llevan unos 10 años tocando y tiene ya varios albus, giras tanto en America del Norte y del Sur, son brutales. El grupo se llama The Warning. I think you would like bandmaid a lot more.. they're also a japanese band but more heavy rock than metal and they play their own instruments. Try Blooming (music video)- bandmaid but they are so much better live so do domination live version as well. :D

to me music is music i really never paid attention to genre. i listen to Bach Beethoven Chopin armadas, enya enigma alan parsons' project, movie sound tracks legend star wars star trek, 40 50 60 70 80 90 2000s ok genres Rock, Older Country not the new so called country, pop. some Rap.. Babymetal YEESSSS. Blackpink.. The Hu. (would love these groups to do a collab). but i think the music that defines me is 80's with 70's behind it.

Great reaction. But 15:10 saying k-pop might not be a smart idea. :-) Japan has J-Pop, it has a lots of history going back to at least the 1970s and the musicality and melodies is usually much more interesting/diverse and looks at other genres for inspiration. K-pop in comparison... well was inspired by J-Pop and (at least to me) seem to stick fairly squarely inside a box/format, much more... formulaic. Someone ones said, I think it might have been Marty Friedman: Japan doesn't create music like rock/metal music in the west. In the west they might start with a riff, etc., but in Japan they start with the melodies first.

That's what I like about BABYMETAL. The music itself is complicated, yet fast and controlled. Su-Metal's voice has just the right tone to contrast the music. In this song it's kind of haunting at times, along with strong and soothing. When all three sing it is also special.

BTS doesn't compare. They may be good in their own terms, but BabyMetal has started a completely new genre - Kawaii Metal. Stay Metal. Stay Rock.

Why would you compare BTS though ? They don't really do metal ? They mostly do pop, pop fusions & hiphop. Plus they have a completely different performance style it's based on full choreographed dances. It's apples & oranges.
