Ask allah who wrote the Gospel because Allah knows. Allah mentions the parable of the sower and says its in Mark. Allah also mentioned parable of the vineyard and allah said its in Mathew. I have the surahs and verses. Also the biography of the prophet in ibn Ishaaq / ibn Hishaam, says the Injeel is the book of John.
