I love Grand Homes! Hills of Kingswood is a great neighborhood, as well. I LOVE the floor to ceiling windows. I also love the white walls and dark wooden floors. The 2nd floor is a bit underwhelming, to be honest. I would also want a built-in refrigerator at that price point. All in all, a very beautiful house!

Hi Dan! Thanks for showing me another amazing house! 👍👍 My favorite rooms of any house are kitchens and bathrooms. I like a kitchen with enough food preparation space. And, I love a spacious bathroom with a window. Dan, I would like to see, on video, the basements of these homes.

Man…, I’m sitting here shaking my head right now. I live in the SF Bay Area. My neighbors across the street from me were asking $1.25 million for a 1500 sf house and got $1.56 million after 32 offers. It’s a nice but not exclusive neighborhood. This would easily be a 5 to 6 million dollar home in the Bay Area. Generally I don’t care for multilevel homes (bad knees and back). But with that downstairs primary bedroom and the open, modern floor plan, this one would definitely make me think about it. Also, great review!
