Wonderful curb side appeal - love the brick/stone combo. A really good idea - remove the Harris family stuff and photos. I also like to see bathtubs. Love the natural light, Big house.

Im starting to believe that all the houses in Georgia are over priced. Its like the value of the houses are doubled. No way this house is 1 million dollars and there is no pool in the back yard. And then a lot of these newer homes dont even have a bathtub in the primarily bedroom. Absolutely not. Wouldn't even pay 500K for this house. Definitely needs to be upgraded, the tiles and the counter tops in the bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets and counter tops. The bar downstairs should've been what the kitchen looked like.
