Days in The Life of a 6 Figure Loctician: Started at 6:45am today and got into getting diagnosed with ADHD and how it is currently affecting my day to day. In day 1 I hit the gym, did some admin, did my motherly duties and we rolled into day 2.

Your son's smile is just so adorable 🥰.....(New subby) The algorithm brought your videos to my time line because I was trying to learn how to retouch up my son's dreads 😊😊😊 But as for as ADHD...you can start doing simple things like with your keys put them in the same place every time to help... having the motto everything has a place will help keep your mind organized.. because you function well when there's structure... use your phones clock to set specific times to eat, edit, gym, etc...us people with ADHD have a hard time completing tasks when there's no structure..our mind is on go 24/7

Hello and thank you so much for sharing. I love your channel. You have really perfected your craft! My husband and children have ADHD. I love them so much! Please remember ADHD is a Blessing and Not a curse! In my opinion you all have super powers and are some of the Most intelligent people! The medication is trial and error but you will find out what works well for you. Dexmethylphenidate works well for my family. They noticed it working while still feeling like themselves.

Tbh before the diagnosis I felt like there was some sort of curse on me lol but after the diagnosis I’ve felt way better about myself because now I have answers to try my best to to leverage to my favor lol. & yess I’ve tried something else and like it way more

Not us living parallel lives! SAME with school, NAVY, now esthetician opening up my suite, same ADHD/anxiety with the VA.. LE STRUGGLE IS REAL! haha Thanks for sharing :) #GONAVY
