Most of the equipment, attachments, and accessories I use can be found following the link in my KZfaq bio / about page. I am an affiliate for Powertec, GymPin, and I have an Amazon affiliate store. Please consider using one of my affiliate links. Any time a purchase is made through my affiliate links, I could receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. When you make a purchase using the link, you help support this channel, but more importantly, it shows the company I am helpful to their brand. Thank you!

Try to Use straps on your heavier sets that will help you feel your back more . Your forearms and biceps are taking over your movement and giving out first. 👍🏼👍🏼

I’ve got the Cobra Grips and Harbinger Straps and, I know I’m one of the only ones who feels this way, but I don’t like using them. I don’t think my forearms, biceps, or grip are usually my limiting factor on back days.

@@HomeGymHacksandReviews it was just a idea 👍🏼 when I used to train people that couldn’t feel there back because they were pulling more with biceps and forearms I would have them use ankle straps on there wrist to pull with there back more and It would give them that mind to muscle connection it worked 100% of the time

Lol back is my favourite…my least favourite are chest and shoulders, especially shoulders since getting the dumbbells up is so annoying and taxing I know I missed a few overall reps on that

Did you see the dumbbell daisy chain hacks I showed in Levergym Hacks Part 7? Those may be worth a try.

The same way it’s done on a pull-up bar.

I’ve started with pullovers (and flys on chest day)…especially when I was doing my version of HIT. It does work well, but as I get stronger in my training block, the weight for the isolation exercise becomes so heavy that I usually end up tweaking something. As a result, I’ve just found, for me, I like to save isolation exercises for later in the workout when not as much weight is required.

Do you do Deadlifts, RDLs, stff legged deadlifts?

Unfortunately, I can’t do any of those exercises any longer. I can’t even do a non-chest supported seated cable row without tweaking my back.

@@HomeGymHacksandReviews Glad you have that reverse hyper. Lower back is the most delicate body part imo.

@@Ash_4949 I sold that a while ago. I’m just using the Powertec Hyper Crunch for back extensions which seems to do the trick. After experiencing some back issues from lifting and barely being able to walk, I agree 100%
