That 1915 hobbleskirt without a date code places it into the test market phase years of 1917 - 1919. Don't see many of those early ones. Superb find!

OMG Trav that O/P pepper sauce is just amazing, that's the stuff I love to dig & collect. Allot of gold fields salad oils & pickles from the 1850's has been dug over here in Australia as they came over in the thousands in the 1850's during the gold rush. I have seen a small version very similar but that thing you dug is just amazing & a miracle that it wasn't broken. It really is a prize bottle that you will never forget, its just magnificent Trav, really happy for you brother. Keep those early botts coming.

@CrickDiggersInc I have learned so much from you watching your KZfaq videos and I picked up the terminology you guys use when talking bottle hunting. So now I talk to my bottle digging buddy using all the slang words you all use it's so fun brother man watching you boys dig bottles in the mountains of Cumberland. I would love to go bottle digging with you all one day us boys are from same state just we are flat lander farms & marshes and you guys are mountains and rivers. Hey I am happy you boys have taken this bottle hunting adventure into the next level and are supporting your family's doing something you love to do that's really awesome brother man God bless you all fam !!

That purple button is amethyst glass, and it probably had a lead shank, which is soft metal. It probably dates to about the 1920's or 30's. Also Springville NY is just over the hill from my house!! Cool!!

You gotta come dig with me in the spring man !! I’m only aloud to dig one month a year in a 1890-1945 dump and I am the very first person ever aloud to dig it man !! In pennsville nj 08070. Family kept it off the maps as a dump. I’m one of very few that know about it. They never wanted anyone to know about it. My pap told me about it and last year a guy bought it for hunting land after the old man passed. The family didn’t want the land is all swamp. I got loads of bottles I have to go back and pick up. Had so many I couldn’t pick em all up before guy kicked me off for the year. I also have an old 1680 farm site to dig. House and barn still standing. Is very cool. I haven’t probed it yet even.

Those poisons were made for all kinds of nuisance animals or insects? Was it liquid or powder? Any idea of the ingredients? I get the triangle ones for how to use, lay it on its side, but the bottle kind must need more attention applying it.

Very true but we didn’t dig to long and he stayed hydrated and last I talked to him he’s ready to go again next week. The bug has bitten brother man. I do feel you on the back though mine like concrete from doing this nearly every day I forget how it breaks down someone who is not used to it and injury could occur. Good call brother man
