After that Amtrak in Galesburg with trains on BN and the Santa Fe, Pepsi Cans in the mix a name given to Amtrak's B40-8W's back in that time period. Thanks for watching, comment like and subscribe.

I lived right across the street from the old CB&Q RR in Ottumwa and saw Amtrak everyday I miss it Jeff, good video thanks!❤️🙏🇺🇸

Amtrak trains could be lengthy during the years they used the Material Handling Cars. One of them here - 17 cars. They were still using old Santa Fe El Capitan cars here.

I can remember Amtrak running through my little Indiana town when I was a kid in the '80'S it would scare me to death how fast they would go by if I had to guess how fast they were going I'd have to say at least 70 to 80 mph
