Hey Paul, Just a heads up Phase 1 standard 3D Marvel films( excluding Avengers) never came with slip covers in the UK. It annoys me haha. Loved the video ! LOVE 3D FILMS

Hey Paul, if you are after Into The Spider verse in 3D you will have to import it as the UK isn't getting the 3D release but don't look to Germany as I believe they have removed the English audio track. Great collection video mate, love the Blufans editions, take it easy.👍😀👍

I have built up a ‘core’ of 150 Blu Ray 3D’s but I only recently discovered steelbook editions and only have two of these - Tomb Raider and The Creature from the Black Lagoon, however these are things of beauty and I will be keeping an eye out to add more steel books to my collection. I must admit that when I had a 3D TV I was far from impressed, but having bought a Sony 3D projector I was - and am - blown away by the quality...I can see why films like Alita cost millions to make due to the detail revealed by 3D...and the immersion with Auro 3d/DTS-Neural X/ Dolby Atmos so I am now a convert.

Yes 3D hasn’t had an easy ride, and many people still brush it off as a fad that’s come and gone. Pretty much nothing gets a 3D release in the U.S. these days and Australia isn’t much better. Thankfully, at least for now, some studios in the U.K. still see a future for it. I’m constantly blown away by 3D when piped through my Optoma projector and I think this is how it should’ve always been, through a projector and not via a tv. I don’t believe you ever got the best quality 3D presentation watching through the tv and that’s pretty much why all the tv manufacturers decided to stop making them. Hopefully once James Cameron releases the Avatar sequels new life will be breathed back into the format.

Hi was just wondering where you sent you'er blu ray player to be fixed when you where getting disc read errors as I'm have same problem with my Samsung 3D BD6100 player not playing blu ray but will play DVD's fine thanks.

Pixar re-rendered all their films in 3D. Incredibles was supposed to get released in 3D right before Incredibles 2, but never did.

Haha good eye! Yes those are just empty boxes that I originally received damaged with scratches. I got replacements for these which were included in the collection video so those on the wall are just spare wall art now!

Oh no 3D is still pretty big. Lots of films get 3D cinema releases here and quite a few 3D movies are released every month. Disney release a lot with new titles including Aladdin, Spider-Man Far from home Pets 2, Dumbo and loads more

Blufans and Mantalabs can be bought through various Groupbuys on Blu-ray.com or hidefninja forums. There are also a few FB groups you can join and buy through those.

On the most part yes definitely but it also depends if it’s native 3D or how well the conversion has been done. Films like Avatar, GOTG, Black Panther and Ready Player One are definitely better in 3D.
