I can beat that. I start off with 15 eggs & X4 avocados after a 89 hour fast. I track nothing as my body knows not to store this as fat as it’s not sugar, I then meditate and worship pure food only as my body can’t store that regardless of calories. I then have a smoothie consisting of tuna, raw eggs & raw mince meat which I down as whey protein and sugar is radioactive for my body & I’ll die in 5 years time if I consume this
