I think you're so wise about the way you're approaching diet. I have chronic digestive issues & I also respect those healthy cravings & experiment with adding in foods that my body is clearly asking for. Long-term this has been the best for me. So good learning to be in tune with what our bodies need. Being happy is good medicine too, so I'm also fine with a delicious treat once in a while just for fun! All the Best to you Meredith! 💜

Good for you Meredith, it’s your journey and your decisions. Most people probably have good intentions with their advice, but some just don’t. Thanks for sharing, very interesting. Egg yolks or egg whites are a common allergen. Even if it’s a mild allergy, I would imagine even a little inflammation like that might bother someone fighting the battle you are. You are so smart to listen to your body❤❤

Yes, I think eggs can definitely be inflammatory for certain people. So strange since I used to eat eggs almost every day before all this! But glad I am figuring out what works for me and what doesn’t, after my body has been through so much! ☺️ thanks so much for watching! ❤️

Meredith, My prayers are an everyday routine for not just you, but for your family too!! I ask the Lord daily to take your cancer away. I realize we are subjected to His plans, which are a good thing, but I know He encourages us to come in prayer and ask for our desires. You are an inspiration to me, I dare not take each day for granted. You look and sound terrific. If anyone knows what you should be doing, I'd like to think you're on top of it. You have quite a few people pulling for you daily. Just do what you want/need to do. Listen, I am an old man, (66) with a few health challenges. Your videos, which I came across while looking for exercise and diet results videos, are very helpful .I'm actually jealous of the amount of workout time you are able to fit into your day! One of my reasons for following your journey, is the motivation I get. (Beyond any others.) I'd rather hear from you as opposed to some of the "exercise guru's" Your determination and insights are well appreciated! I really have never followed anyone by subscribing to a channel or ??? But if I am struggling with ANYTHING at all, God has me remember your journey. I love what you put your faith into, and I again, appreciate you very much!!! Keep up the great work. It truly is a blessing for so many of your followers. God bless. Barry.

Great video! I’m on immunotherapy for my stage 4 cancer and have often thought about going plant based. Transition is difficult, as you acknowledged, nothing tastes good. I’m also having digestive issues. I think I just need to focus on simple easy to prepare meals. I really want to try it again. Thanks for the video!

Once you get the hang of a plant-based diet, it does tend to get easier. You find meals that you love and crave, just like any other meals that aren’t plant-based! But I could tell it was time to add things back and switch it up a bit ☺️ definitely helped figure out my gut/digestive issues!

This is really interesting thanks. I’m also whole food plant based. I wouldn’t go back to animal products personally but I do sometimes crave salmon and always eat more flax. It’s totally your call what you add back in and I agree about a balance. There are things I wouldn’t give up for anything like my British tea with oat milk. I just love your kindness and grace. Living with this is so hard and you are an inspiration

I was definitely hesitant about adding animal products back in. But had to remind myself that was my goal when I switched to a plant-based diet last year. It’s not easy to navigate nutrition through digestive issues and cancer, but we have to do what works best for us! I commend you for sticking with your diet 👏 thanks so much for watching 💕💕💕

I think, you did the right thing. I also live vegetarian since 1996, and since a few years almost vegan, but did not feel quite of a difference. What really amazed me in terms of body feeling, was to fast. I've heard, that it even reduces poison in the body fat, which almost every body contains.

You are doing a smart thing. Slowly adding one food at a time is exactly what doctors do with children and adults who are on elimination diet for food allergy or certain medical conditions. Sugar, carbohydrates feed cancer is a common misconception. We need to have carbohydrates to function normally. Of course excessive amont of sugar is not healthy. You are right, if your body is craving for something probably your body needs that.

Meredith, I started watching your channel a few days ago and watched about six films so far. It's fabulous that things are going well and you're definitely on the right road. How do you maintain motivation to cook everyday? Been living on my own for about ten years and I lve cooked a lot but within 3 years Ive slowly stuck to cooking the same 3-4 recipies. Also eating out more frequently especially at this one place called Bennys Cafe Family Restaurant...which is getting expensive.

So glad to have you here! Thanks so much for watching and following my journey 💕 And anytime I feel uninspired to cook, I like to go to Pinterest and look for new recipe ideas! I also like watching other people’s KZfaq channels to get inspired (I did this a lot when I first started on a plant-based diet). And now cooking is just part of the routine, and I love it! 😬

Its the first time im in your channel and i have some suggestions to do to you from the knowledge i earned about cancer from the closest person in my life First of all you have to get rid of all the metalic things you have in your body Also avoid cellphones at all cost...being even close to cellphones is very bad for your health If you want to have some good chances of fighting it you have to change your life completely and forget your old self And when i say to forget your old self i mean to chance habbits and the way of thinking Your mind has to be changed completely There are people that had cancer in bigger age from you and dementia found them when they already had cancer and when dementia came into their lives cancer went away...this means that your brain and the way you are thinking and seeing things in life takes big part in the process of reversing this situation you are into You have to stop eating anything that is food for cancer anything that is feeding him and that is mostly sugar and what includes sugar and whatever is causing mucus to your organization...for example some kinds of cheese like feta cheese that has this viscous liquid in it... Some people that have cancer and are trying to figure out how to stop it and remove it 100% from their bodies are trying a very simple method that might be dangerous and must think a lot before trying it... This method is to lead cancer cells to starvation...this method can be used or better use the word tried for other deseases too... To lead cancer cells to starvation so that your body starts eating these bad cancer cells too and removing them from inside you you have to stop eating and drinking even water for at least 3 days... You have to search for this method im writing to you and think very carefuly after you make your good search if you will try to follow it... I dont know how much time you have left according to your doctors but this is what i would try if i was in your place There are other methods that help too like changing the way you eat...you need to stop eating meat and help your organization by eating foods that fight cancer like garlic and some other things And something also very importand is that when our soul is sick our body is sick too...remember that...and find what made your soul sick and remove it...find when this soul sickness started and what was the cause... Best treatment is to come closer to God and pray to Jesus Christ and ask for his help And last but not least i hope you didnt get the cov-19 vacs...cause these things are in many cases deadly... I hope you are ok and choose the best way to remove it from your body and soul Best wishes from a good friend from Greece!

Article contributed by Mayo Clinic dietician, Jackie See “ Sugar seems to be a major source of anxiety and fear for people with cancer. There is a myth circulating that sugar feeds cancer and that avoiding sugar will prevent the growth of cancer. To set things straight…sugar does not cause cancer on its own. Giving sugar to cancer cells does not make them grow faster and depriving cancer cells of sugar does not make them grow more slowly. However, sugar may be indirectly involved in the development of cancer.” Please read the whole article.

magnesium is neeeded for the body to function correctly and to process sugar the body uses a lot of magnesium thats white sugar is bad for that it does not give any beneficial. brown sugar is less processed. A body deplete of magnesium is prone to anxiety. Magnesium defiency its called the invisible defiency. The center of clorophile atom is magnesium and thats is why plants are green mainly. Magnesium controls cellular decay haha you know now why some people used to look older than their age. Why bodybuilder look older too because excesive workout depletes magnesium through your skin (sweat) losing electrolites. Magnesium depleted foods due intensive farming. People should be sick at 30 or 40 or dying its unfair

@@Meredith_Feira The body only runs on either glucose or ketones. If you don’t purposely run on fats then your body will always run on glucose don’t matter if you drop simple carbs, carbs are carbs. Even protein turns to glucose. 99% of people are not fat adapted it takes many years. So dropping simple sugar does nothing to go into ketosis and fight cancer.
