3 жыл бұрынBuilding a PC is hard but oh, so rewarding! Not gonna lie, the process was nerve-wracking, frustrating and exhausting - I was sweating buckets the entire time ˚‧º·(˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )‧º·˚
I love her clean, minimalist aesthetic (yes, my PC is a girl) and how I can change her whole vibe just by switching up the RGB lighting ( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈♡) The best part? Underneath the simple façade is a beast!

I’m watching this in preparation for my pc in a few weeks. I’ve got the same case and a slightly different gpu and cpu combo (3080ti + 5900x). Also very brave to go with water cooling on your first build, I went air cooled just because it’s too much of a hassle for me. I also use that same ifixit kit as well.

Also, if you ever come to it then let each cpu and GPU have their own line from the rad instead sharing line with cpu/gpu. Because after the liquid goes through the cpu or GPU the liquid is already warm and not cool like when it get it straight from the rad.

Yeah, that doesn’t make a difference dude. Loop order does not matter. Trust I run all my loops that way… and it’s never a problem.

Hey, nice build! But just advise with the thermal paste. Regardless of what all these KZfaqrs tell you to put a pea size paste and that will be good. To get the best results, spread a layer of paste and cover all the surfaces of the CPU. I promise you, you will have a slightly lower temperature. If you don't believe then just try to take off your cooler and look at the CPU and see how the paste got spread on the CPU. It will horrify you how the paste got spread because most of the area of it doesn't have and only part of the CPU got paste on it. I mean you only apply thermal paste one time and it will be good for years. I tried the pea-size method when I built my first PC about a year ago and I took it apart and spread it evenly. I did each method 10 times. And 10 out of 10 I get 3-5% lower temp when the CPU is covered evenly. It will take no more than 5 mins to do.

Animal Crossing and other cozy games 😂 Dead by Daylight, Valorant, a little of League and Genshin. Haven’t tried running New World on it.

Over long periods of time, has the 750w psu been able to handle your 3080? Been thinking of building in an o11 but can’t decide the size because of psu

@@ninibeartv holy shiz for a first build u did great, im thinking for a similar approach (for the water cooling) cause of temps and my old case, for the fittings it isn’t a problem as the ekwb’s HQ and store are 20 minutes away from where i live and they allways have stock haha!

@@ninibeartv the rgb cable for that block is very flimsy. I have had mine replaced many times and they just keep breaking.

@@OD.Nights The build is doing its primary job of cooling the CPU under normal operating conditions (and doing it excellently). Now if in the future, I change my specs and the tests show a significant increase in temps, I may look into other configurations but as it stands, it works for me and I’m happy with it.

@@OD.Nights They're literally placed correctly. Warm air rises, therefore u place fans as intake on bottom. As for the rad on the side, you can place them either way.
