I don't agree with the "You should be their best option." You should never be an option to somebody. If they are looking at the landscape and what's available on the menu, they don't like it and get back to you because the other options suck, time to move on. Start new, start strong.

We know when they do the fake profile bcaz of their texting pattern and words that they would usually use, and its like you can feel their energy/connection on the other side. For me thats how I knew it was my Ex. The first sentence he sent i type his name & said i know its you so cut the bs, until he finally admits.

We broke up in September well my ex did it was a sudden break up , I made some serious mistake , no cheating! So her trust was broken. Until then we’ve been in co start touch for a year so it was hard for her and me I wanted some distant but because she was crying and couldn’t be without me we slowly became closer again to the point where it felt like nothing has changed . We were friends . With time she because mir distant and me more clingy she wanted to move on and I of course was still deeply in love because nothing has changed after the break up. Now I know I made some serious mistakes here she blocked me two months ago because I became too annoying. I think she’s doing just fine . Her feelings faded my process of moving on and letting go just started 5 months after the actual break up. Don’t do the same mistakes I probably did everything wrong

I know you say to NOT swipe right on your ex BUT.. what if they’ve matched you? Surely by swiping past them will make them think you’re NOT interested? Isn’t that kind of like ignoring an indirect direct? If you match them and they haven’t matched you then yeah it’ll hurt knowing they didn’t want to match you but what they don’t know won’t hurt the whole no contact rule… I’m tempted to match him and see what happens.
