What a crazy combination of relics to get on a watcher aggro deck. The peace pipe just topped everything off to get it working that much quicker.

I watched this 3 minutes after you uploaded this. So this is the fastest time I watched a full episode of jorbs beating ass 20 after upload. So you could say there are 2 persons with a big achievement!

I enjoy the unspoken stuff I have to figure out. Despite having a bunch of A20 wins I still have lots to learn and thinking stuff like "Why is he removing damage cards instead of useless powers?" "Well, okay, conclude ends the turn, so it's not needed anymore, but..." "Ohh because they are gone when he uses them duhhhhh"

How did exhausting the scrawl make the deck shuffle twice instead of once when entering wrath?

So with scrawl in hand he had 10 cards. The way drawing cards works for slay the spire according to my understanding: for each card draw - check hand for space, then draw from deck, if no cards in deck shuffle discard pile into draw pile and draw from draw pile. In the case with 1 card in discard with no cards in deck with draw 2 (or more) still waiting to happen we attempt to draw, shuffle discard into draw, draw the one card, attempt to draw card 2, cannot so shuffle discard into draw and fail to draw. This second one hits a clause that prevents further loops or further draws but still shuffles a second time before reaching that condition. In this case, scrawl in hand puts you at 10 cards in hand after drawing tantrum and calm card which prevents you from going into the second shuffle scenario because you don't have space in your hand for the hypothetical card it would try to draw. By exhausting it down to 9 cards in hand this second shuffle draw becomes able to happen.

26:10 why not remove devotion? it's so bad, yes it leaves your deck in battle but you rarely ever played it

But once you play it you don’t have to draw it again, and he had the Energy needed to do that. Powers don’t take up space in your deck the same way that Attacks and Skills do, provided that you play them.

I mean there's a very easy way to kill most watcher infinites. Just make exiting calm give 1 energy instead of 2. Granted, that might make watcher the *weakest* character rather than equal in power to the other 3, but I'm not sure. EDIT: Boys I figured it out. Change leaving calm to give 1 energy instead of 2, buff Vigilance from 2 mana for 12 block to 1 mana for 8 block, keep all other enter calm cards the same. There, watcher balanced.

Powers do not technically Exhaust, but they will not be drawn again once played.
