Super EASY and delicious! My blueberry lemon cake is made with loads of fresh blueberries, LOTS of lemon zest (the more, the better!) and an easy lemon icing that requires just 2 ingredients! This bundt cake recipe is great as a coffee cake in the morning with a cup of coffee; or, enjoy it after dinner for dessert!

It looks fabulous. All this time I've been messing around when I could have just used the toothpick method to check whether my cakes have finished.

Sure! I would use a 9-inch springform pan. Baking time will be about 1 hour and 15 minutes but start checking earlier

So sorry to hear about that! Did you bake the cake enough? Usually a cake will sink if there is raw batter on the inside...

Absolutely gorgeous!!! And Tatayana is beautiful too. But the instructions on how to save the cake for later were wasted -- this cake is NOT going to be around that long.
