There are two books that I love on the topic of borderline personality disorder (BPD)
1. I Hate You Don’t Leave Me by Jerold Kreisman and Hal Straus which really introduced BPD to the masses and made understanding the disorder/treatments easier for patient and their families.
2. The second book is Borderline Personality Disorder by John Gunderson which is a more technical read but worth it if you encounter a lot of patients with BPD. It really helped me to improve my clinical care of these patients in the inpatient setting.
