3-4 c of coffee 3-4c of brown sugar 2-3c of olive cocount oil

Make sure you use a little strainer that catches hair and it will catch some coffee grounds but maybe not all and run hottest water you can after your all done It's not 💯 but it's def going to help go down pipes 😊

My drains may get blocked from the olive oil and coffee grains, so I'd probably have to wipe it off before I get into the shower.

I scrub outside with a bucket, bu thst's because I only do my feet. If you want all of these benefits without clogging your drain, use a dry brush.

Yeah, just make sure to grind the coffee very finely. For your face, and body. Otherwise it will cause mictotears in your skin. Also if your body and face skin is prone to acne and/or blackheads, don't add coconut oil in your scrub. Olive oil, is great for skin. Its comedogenic scale is so low (won't clog your pores) plus its raved about in Holy scriptures. Not to mention its scientifically proven benefits.

You can but white sugar is harsher on the skin but brown sugar is softer which will lead to less skin irritation or micro cuts

id recommend not using it on your face. the skin on your face is much more delicate and acne prone than the rest of your body. its been a month but i hope this helps

how long does it last kept in shower and does it effect your pipes? like I don't use coconut oil alot because it can really stick in your pipes. haha that sounds naughty...I apologize I have the humor of a 12 yr old.
