My FAVOURITE airline! $200 Business Class on Cathay Pacific | JFK-HKG | A350

Cathay Pacific is my favorite airline and I got to experience their business class which would have cost $6000. I flew 16hrs from New York JFK to Hong Kong HKG, experiencing the Greenwich Lounge in JFK and getting really good food and sleep for just $200! ... and a bit of credit card points.

Love your review and I would say the A350-941/A350-1041 B777-367/ER are a step up from what was originally used to do the JFK-HKG nonstop A340-642. CX JFK-HKG and pre covid EWR-HKG flights are always timed in HKG for Taiwan and Philippines connections with in two hours of landing in HKG

and about your channel direction, i think points-hacking is a pretty niche topic and premium airline seat reviews would satisfy a bigger audience. you can still briefly mention the points in your videos for the people who are interested and if you enjoy talking about it

Was your family originally from Hong Kong and made frequent trips back to visit while you were growing up? That's just my guess as to why Cathay Pacific may be your favorite airline.

Unfortunately no.... That would explain a lot if it was true😂 and HK would be a pretty cool place to visit alot. I don't know, maybe it's because I really like the dark turquoise color of Cathay. ✈️✈️✈️

Cool video.. What seat row is this? I just booked Cathay on row 16. Spent the same as yours. 80k miles and $200 in taxes.

Congrats on ur redemption! Hope u enjoy ur flight as much as I did. I chose the last seat in the mini business class cabin. I think it was 21k? I chose there since it was my first time filming and still felt a bit awkward and want to get as little attention as possible from other passengers.

So this looks like 777-300 business class....any thing different?

They r very similar but a notable difference is that the IFE controller is newer in the A350s with a touch screen in the middle while the B777s has the older one. Some people say that the business class seats on the B777s r longer while those on the A350s r wider but I didn't find a significant difference. Hope that helps ✈️✈️✈️
