First car was a 1978 Ford Pinto. My dad and I were out and randomly stopped by a dealership to check out the cars (like I do with my boy now) and we saw this old Pinto sitting in the back. The car wasn’t my ideal choice LOL but I was 16 and getting ready to start driving and the car was only $300. It sat in my driveway for a few months, waiting for me to get my license. But one day my dad was showing the car to my neighbor. The neighbor knew motors well, so he said, and was asking my dad to keep revving the engine. Sure enough he blew the motor and car would be sent off to the junkyard. My best memory of the car was when the tow truck came to take it away. The driver was a HUGE man... he must have been over 400lbs and was shaped like Humpty Dumpy. It was quite a sight seeing this man try to get into my little Pinto to take off the brake and put it in neutral for the tow. Some things you just never forget! Anyhow, I would up getting a 1987 Mercury Lynx for $900, which broke down on me constantly but it was my first real taste of freedom on the roads.

1972 Plymouth Satellite Sebring bucket seats with a slapstick in the middle and a 318. Must be why I wanted the new Scat Pack so bad

My first car at 16 was an ‘80 Mercury Bobcat! 2.3, 4 speed! It was a great car! Took me 6 months to destroy it! Got a lot of smiles per gallon tho! It is the reason i drive m6 Scatpack challenger now.

And it’s still holding strong now! When I’m not on the road with the Ram I’ll be driving the Sonata around

MDG Collections man, my older brother has a homeboy who’s 07 Sonata has over 400k miles. They are very solid and they serve their purpose. You’re welcome too!

First Car was a1987 Toyota Corolla FX-16 GTS. Man I love this car!!! I still own its sitting in my moms yard parked in front of the garage. My dad brought it for me once I graduate high school and it had right at 100,000 miles on it and now its has excess of 390,000 miles on it and it still crank the last time I tried it 5 years ago .
