With the help of my Mahindra tractor, I was able to unload this 275 lb beast my myself. I hope you enjoy! i am looking forward to smoking some fod and cooking some wood fired pizza!

Kyle - Good choice, good price and very nice-looking set up. You might want to pick up a charcoal basket that divides.

Get the cast iron half grates. Also do a slow-burn. Do a gentle 300-400f for 30-45min with the top closed to help the gasket glue sea;.

You must have missed something in the manual. You are supposed to put the deflector plates on the accessory rack 😏.
