Hey Phly, since you asked; Here's a recepy to make my favourite pasta. (Should be enough for 6 people) Grab the following ingredients: - 500 grams of storebought Fusili pasta - 1 Zuccini - 1 white onion - 500 ml of storebought tomato sauce (I personally like to use Heinz Tomato Frito) - 2 carrots - 150 grams of Parmeggiano Reggiano - 1 KG (That's about 1,5 lbs I believe, idk I don't speak Freedom Units) of minced meat - 6 regular mushrooms - 3 cloves of garlic - 1 tablespoon of chili flakes - 2 tablespoons of thyme - 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds - Salt (to taste) - White & Black Pepper (also to taste) PREPARATION: Fill a deep pan with water and add salt + olive oil. Put the stove on medium heat and bring the water to a medium to low boil. Now, as that is happening you can start with "La maîson plàce" (or however you would spell that). Peel and chop the white onion into fine bits. Put it in a bowl together with your chopped (and peeled) garlic + carrots. Chop the zucchini into quarters next and put that into a seperate bowl. Same for the mushrooms. Grab the biggest frying pan that you own, put it on the biggest stovetop you have and turn it on to medium heat. Add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and thyme, and let that fry for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Put in the meat, together with the minced onion, carrot and garlic. Add now 3 of your other spices; the cumin, chiliflakes and salt. Fry for about 4 minutes, then add the rest of your veggies to the pan. At this point, put the Fusili into the other pan with boiling water and start the process of cooking your pasta. Once that is done, add your designated tomato sauce to the mix, and stir until everything is combined. Let the sauce summer on medium to low heat until your pasta has finished cooking. Should take you about 6-7 minutes. Drain your pasta and put it into the sauce, mix once more until combined. Now turn off the stove. Grate the Parmeggiano Reggiano and mix it until it's incorperated with the rest of the pasta. Add some freshly grinded pepper to finish, and enjoy your meal! ^^

Hey Phly I know you said you tried "everything" but might not have done this; Go in to the Nvidia Control Panel, Help, and then turn on Debug Mode. Needs to be done after every reboot but took care of the stuttering on an Nvidia card in WT for me.

If the stutter is on the video only, make sure your OBS encoder settings are set to maximum priority. Otherwise, It could be a bad driver update or a bad war thunder update. Consider updating, or going back to an older version of drivers. best luck

Have you tried lowering the bitrate on your recording? I had a similar issue a while back with a clip engine I was using, did everything in the book (except for lowering my bitrate) and when I finally did the clips were very clear no stuttering. I wonder if validating the game files would help?

as requested in the outro, one of my favourite recipe is quite simple, as I am a student. It's called "pâtes à la savoyarde", which translates to "Savoy pasta". Here's the recipe, as it's not well known, even in France. First, you put some small and thin pastas in a pan, with olive oil. You boil water while you stir a bit the pastas until some of them turn gold-ish. Then, you put water in the pan, a bit above the pasta. You wait for the pasta to absorb the water, while stiring so it doesnt stick to the pan. When there's only a weeny teeny bit of water left, you can turn off the stove and serve with grated cheese. Enjoy !

If you're running a dual monitor setup using HDMI (or display port cables) and the cables aren't seated correctly, they tend to make the display a little jumpy. The first sign of this would be that the whole display is acting this way (such as when you're on your desktop or your internet browser). Just a thought!

I have stuttering issues as well using OBS because OBS has a stroke when it has to record anything higher than 60 fps on my pc lol, I also think it might just be a partial war thunder thing, gaijin moment as they call it.

If you have an HDD, try disconecting and leaving only SSD. Windows loves to scan stuff and when he starts on HDD It starts to have these hiccups freezes. Fixed my valheim and Path of exile problems this way

The problem with the Tiger II though, is that if they do get a good shot off on your turret you just die. Because the ammo load is in the back of the Turret, so it’ll blow, and kill your entire crew.

Stuters could be because your system drive or ssd with wartunder is almost full. Probably already suggested...

Had the every 2m stuttering too. I had to turn off SSAA 4x to get rid of the stuttering. Since an update I can use SSAA again. So clueless what helped.

You could try checking the integrity of the files in the war thunder launcher, if it started when the latest update relased then its possible something went wrong there.

Try to reinstall the graphics card driver, and verify the game if you play it on steam. Maybe it helps with the stuttering issue

try to reset your gpu. i had the stutter issue too but it went away after i reset my gpu. (the shortcut is win + ctrl + shift + b)

Be sure SSAA didn't get turned on. It happened to me last update.
