2023 has been a year of firsts for me along with getting this home gym setup and following a few workout programs. My lifting progress, gains and overall wellness has continued to get better as I get older. From power lifting earlier in the year to following a hypertrophy program currently. This video show my setup and how I keep everything organized.

Thank you and love the GHD and use it much more than I originally thought. Have the space but trying to keep everything in a certain place and organized.

Love the simplicity of the setup, barbell, dumbbells, cables, and GHD. You could do almost anything with just those.

Thanks and appreciate the comment. Been a nice change for me lifting vs cycling all the time. I do love the FTX and as mentioned if I could only keep a few item’s it would be FTX, Adjustable DB’s and adjustable bench. Will do the FTX review at some point in Q1. Have a great New Year and take care

Nice space. Love the rogue SS OPB. The 45 pound version with the thicker collars also help. Especially with Rogue rack width. Love the white rack as well.

Heheh the tour was going pretty good but when I saw the Tacx Neo behind you I subscribed to your channel. I just put together a home gym in my tiny garage, but I also practice road cycling. (And indoor cycling with Zwift also)

Nice gym. I always think the strip on the wall should be more common for dip attachment.

Yes I love it being out of the way. A little tricky installing as this is hollow blocks but the fasteners work really well. I am all about re-using stuff I have for better purposes and streamlining my setup as you can tell. Thanks for the comment and have a great New Years!

Great video. What diameter gym pins are they for the ftx cable machine- 8mm or 10mm? Have the same machine and looking to get the gym pins

The rackable curl bar which I sold. Maybe the squat wedges and jcups. Since getting the monolifts I never use the jcups, not kidding. Besides that everything else I use a lot.

@@EricB03 thank you for your response. Would you prefer a shorter non rackable curl bar? I see Rogue offers a longer version so it can be racked.

@@laspaceboy rackable is easier to load and very convenient. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Rogue ecoat. If you can find one on boneyard in bare steel would be better. The angles are great just the ecoat is meh. Personally though you can pretty much do anything with a good set of adjustable dumbbells that you can do with curl bar with more convenience.

How tall is your ceiling and the rack height?

I got the 90” version of the RM-3 so my ceiling height is 90.1”. Ha

@EricB03 ok so you are just getting back in it. But what about all the other ones? I recently thought about building a home gym and started doing research. Watching hundreds of videos in 3 languages and noticed the vast majority look average. They look like the everyday people I see everyday. I have/had coworkers with better physical appearance than the home gym guys.

@@roninwarrior216 I don’t know man as I don’t bother myself with what others do/have and enjoying the process. I am almost to the 1000 lb club combined for squat, bench and DL which is a goal for me. Regardless of the equipment just get what you can afford or like. There are no wrong answers here in my opinion. I don’t sell anything or use affiliate links like others and use everything I have 4 times a week.
