im sure you have already, but you should definitely tell your organisation about this, in case she tries to host again. the way you describe her behaviour seems as though she may have a mental illness, a lot of things you say make it seem as though she has borderline personality disorder. since your parents willingly transferred the money to her and there was no legal agreement for her to transfer it back, i don’t think there is much you can do about it, but i still hope you do get it back at some point. wishing you all the best in still realising your dreams of college in the US!
