Take from it what you will, 9months ago i was 400lbs, today im at 340lbs, and i dont plan of stopping working at it till im anything under 300lbs at least. The reason I STARTED was i LITERALLY coulnt fit into the bathrooms or desks at my school... the motivation to stick with it though, is all you Boogie! ^_^

In previous videos you said how that would be completely impossible before. not only are you taking control of your physical health, it seems like your mental health is improving just as much.
