Ramp is such a good idea! Definitely need a beautiful sign outside that says a ramp is available, and a button to press that plays a magical sound inside - to alert staff that the ramp is needed

As someone in a wheelchair I absolutely love that you have thought of the moveable ramp. Just make sure you don't have too many obstacles in tighter spaces.

I think I died a little on the inside when you painted the wood brown instead of staining it darker, but the overall effect looks amazing! Can't wait to visit!

This is coming from someone who is handicapped. If you aren't handicapped, you don't see handicap access issues. I have learned this myself using a power wheelchair on a sidewalk and trying to get into buildings. It looks accessible till you try it. Then you see the problems. The ramp is a great idea and will work with walkers, baby strollers and cane and cane users. You need to find people with power wheelchair and scooter chairs to try the ramp up and down a few times and stand outside and see if the ramp moves after each use. You don't want the ramp to move and the handicapped person fall and hurt themselves because they fell down those steps. That ramp was made to get people into vans and maybe houses, but made as a temporary fix. That your ramp is not permanent and not secured at the door scares me and you do not want to be sued for damages to their equipment or to their injuries. I checked online and you bought what is out there for a temporary ramp so my suggestion is to test it with actual handicapped people and every time you need to use it, have yourself or the employee stand with the ramp while in use to make sure it doesn't slip. Thanks for thinking about the handicapped. Most people don't.

Definitely loving the updates. For the drawers, perhaps sneak in some Harry Potter themed items. Eg: Potter's Pitch, Lavender Lily, Snare of Snape, Phaux Feather, Luck of Lupin, Sirius Sedonite, Dumble Dew, Voldewart, Lash of LeStrange, etc.. And of course the usual magical ingredients...Stardust, Griffin Graphite, Dragon Scales, Swamp Water, Mugwart, Trident Tinsel, Siren's Song, Witch Weed, Willow Seed. Don't forget you can also add your own names into the mix for working so hard that your essence became part of the store lol Cherry Charcoal, Limb of Leslie. So much fun to be had in the naming 😂❤

Cherry, you and Leslie have done an amazing job. The shop is really coming together. I have a chandelier in my bedroom (medieval and dragon decor) that looks almost the same as your main one, except the glass pieces are edged in black instead of gold. I never thought about putting and Edison(old fashioned) bulb in so thanks for that idea. Drawer contents: dragon scales, eye of newt, bat wings, spider silk, death cap, tricholoma pardinum, flor de Muertos, bladderwort, corpse flower, baobab, sneezeweed, ashwinder eggs, fenny snake, beetle eyes, pennyroyal, coltsfoot, jackalope milk, and you should add some ordinary things that would surprise people, like twist ties, paper clips, pencil ends, erasers(or rubbers as you call them), cotton swabs, and toothpicks. Can't wait for the next installment.

Different types of wood for wand making, ash, birch, sandal, etc. Maybe some "wand repair glue", dragon leather needles, or other utility items. Holy water, still water, unspoken water, salt water, moonlight charged water, wishing well water, etc. Creature's feces, eggshells, tears.. Have fun filling them!

Have loved your channel for so long, so glad to see that your doing even more magical things. Love the fake apothicary drawers & the star pendant lights! Some ideas for small whimsical features could be some cornish pixies hidden in corners, a smoke machine inside of a cauldron, a cauldron with mystery prizes wrapped like the philosophers stone from HP1, a old quirky newt scamander like suitcase to hold stock, alot of " wand boxes" stored atop some of the shelves like in ollivanders wand shop etc

I'm so excited to visit the shop when it's open! It looks stunning 😍 For the drawers, here are some completely made up suggestions: Fairy Root, Wraith Vine, Goldfern, Phantom Daisy, Starleaf, Anchorweed And you could always use herbs from different fantasy universes, such as Harry Potter, Elder Scrolls, The Witcher, etc.

I'm a big fan of these fully immersive places, and you and Leslie have done a beautiful job. I imagine that you're aware of, and have visited Grimm & Co. over in Rotherham, but if you haven't and you're not, please get over there as soon as they re-open in their new venue - a converted church! Theirs is a slightly different approach, as they are a charity to support children with creative writing, but their public-facing 'shop' carries many Grimm & Co. merch items, proceeds of which support their charity work. Theirs has a fairytale lean, but there's lots of magical crossover for merch and visual merchandising inspiration! Best of luck with this venture... I'm definitely looking forward to visiting when you're ready!

The tiny drawers poking out are sooo cute, they're such a vibe! ....BUT... they're a bruise hazard >_> I know they don't pop out a lot, but as someone who tends to have little awareness of my surrounding, I can guarantee I would slam my hip or knee in one of them while browsing the upper shelves, and I can't help but be worried about a small child running their head into one... Paranoiac a little, maybe, and I really hope they don't end up being an issue, but I can't help worrying for them a little

This is such amazing work! Little tip for future and/or others taking inspiration from you, it is a lot easier to paint wood whilst it is not yet assembled, easier to get the edges that way (e.g. with the little drawer fronts and with the counter, as well as hanging the doors). I was feeling for you! It is looking absolutely magical and all this work with just the two of you or you by yourself doing it in such a relatively short time is absolutely amazing, enjoy living in the space!

This shop design is next level Cherry. Absolutely gorgeous and your eye of detail is excellent! Your shop isn't even stocked yet, but it feels already magical ✨ As far as names for the apothecary drawers, these are the ones I came up with of the top of my head: different herbs, spices and flowers and plants like: staranise, cinnamon, rosemary, thyme, bok choi, daffodils, vanilla, cardemom, lilly of the valley, parsley, fennel, garlic, Himalayan sea salt, poison ivy, stinging nettle, eucalyptus, lavender, wheat, salvia, mushrooms, dried berries, etc. And also maybe cobwebs, parchment, feathers, stardust, random teeth, seaweed, moss, candle wax, incense, cat hair, emeralds, sapphires, amethists, moonstone (and all the other gemstones). And since you have 400 drawers (...right?), maybe instead of one drawer labelled 'mushrooms', you can specify different types of mushrooms 😂😁 Like: lions mane mushroom, hedgehog mushrooms, portobello's, chanterelles, giant puffball, hen of the woods, shiitake etc. 🍄❤

Drawer names I suggest botanical ones like nightshade plants (poisonous but so fun) like Mandrake (obviously) but then you could do mandrake root, mandrake flower, etc Belladonna, Henbane, Datura, Brugmansia, Mandragora/Mandrake, Poison Ivy, Wolfsbane etc especially as these nightshades have a long history being used in witchcraft too! And then folk names of common herbs (that’s where we get Eye of Newt and stuff like that) could be cool! Devil’s shoestring etc Looks so beautiful by the way
