Here you have the recipe. Just a copy & paste from the site: 😉 Ingredients 1 loaf of any Italian bread (I used Pane de Casa) 3 shallots 2 garlic bulbs 125g butter, softened 1 tbsp miso 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes Cheese (i used a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan) Parlsey, chopped 1-2 tbsp honey Method Chop the tops off of the garlic bulbs and shallots. Place them on a piece of foil, drizzle generously with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold up the piece of foil and bake at 180C / 350F for 1hr - 1hr15min or until the garlic and shallots are golden and caramelised. Leave to cool. In a bowl, squeeze out the garlic and shallots. Add butter, miso, chilli flakes, salt and pepper, and mix well until combined. Slice your loaf of bread in half lengthwise and spread over the mixture generously (you can also make slits in your bread to let the butter better seep through). Top with cheese and grill/broil at 180C / 350F for 15-20 mins or until golden brown (remember to keep an eye on it and don’t let it burn!). Once golden and crunchy, top with parsley and honey. Slice to serve.

Roasted garlic is a gift to the culinary world. I make a big batch and make meat loaf, baked apples and pears, cornbread or biscuits, and a baked squash or potTos the same time oven is working. Why waste the heat and energy. Besides, then i have meals for 3 days. This looks great!!!!

@@YeaNo.Я представила так: противень, бумага для запекания, чеснок, рулет,и овощи -это первая партия. А сладкое и печенье запекаем на втором противне. И если человек ест это 3 дня, то пока все тепленькое - это первый полноценный обед, далее все в холодильник и 2 дня просто разогрев? А почему я все это представила,но не пробовала-у нас пока нет проблем с тёплом, газом , энергией и водой, но хрен знает : педерасты из 50 с хвостиком стран угрожают бомбить нашу страну (опять возбудились, черти ненасытные на чужое добро), а у меня есть самая любимая еда-холодные котлеты, паштеты, отварное мясо любое, просто на свежий хлеб и кофе с молоком 4,6%. И эта идея мне очень понравилась, с запеченным чесноком и овощами мои бутики будут вкуснее, это точно! А на десерт запеку фрукты. Конечно мужчин этим не накормить и супчика однажды захочется, но что-то в этой идее есть! Точно! Я ещё давно подбираюсь приготовить «паренки», в детстве бабушки запекали морковь, малину(это долго), но как это было вкусно! Цимес -точно сделаю, скоро будет лето и будет вишня, а морковь есть всегда. И как говорила моя бабушка: если дома есть мужчины, то хлеб, сливочное масло и яйца должны быть всегда! 2 минуты зажарить яйца, 2 минуты приготовить бутики, заварить чай-все, можно расслабиться и готовить спокойно обед или ужин. На кухне 1 час у хозяйки точно есть, пока опять «не набежали»,😂‼️

Not about the food but the top comment just reminded me again of Ramadan. I grew up in a country where more than 75% of the population is Catholic, I rarely see muslims (mainly because I also knew most of them would live in a certain area, like a community and/or certain part of the country). I also never attended school with a muslim before, and it's not like our schools are discriminating against them BUT we actually have public (free/govt funded) that specially catered to muslim students, which I think is also a good thing cause in that way their schedules would be perfectly matched with their routines, and then in college I attended a catholic school. Back to the main point, seeing comments here on youtube as well as other social media during the ramadan just made me realize how there's actually so many muslims all around the world. 😂 I don't mean to sound ignorant but when you're rarely exposed to something and grew up/interacted with people who have really similar culture and beliefs, it's easy to forget about others might be different than you.
