Cooking recipe and ingredients:
3 fish (pollock).
Clean and rinse well.
Cut each fish into 2 pieces.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Seasonings for fish.
Mix well.
Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
1 eggplant.
Salt.
Mix well.
Leave for 20 minutes.
2 onions.
Put the onion in the pan.
1 tomato.
Place the tomatoes on the onions.
Sprinkle with sugar.
1 red pepper.
Black pepper.
30 minutes later.
Place the fish.
Cumin.
Rosemary.
Drip with olive oil.
60g butter.
100ml water.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
20 minutes later.
Mix well and squeeze out the eggplant juice.
3 tablespoons oil for frying.
Fry for 1-2 minutes until soft.
Place on a plate.
1 chopped onion, fry over medium heat until soft.
1 red pepper.
1 carrot.
Mix well.
Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Place on a plate.
4 cloves of garlic.
A bunch of parsley.
2 tablespoons sugar.
1 teaspoon salt.
1.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 9%.
2 tablespoons water.
Mix well.
Mix.
Cover with cling film.
Place in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
30 minutes later.
