Thanks for another entertaining video. Congratulations on the blade sharpener/setter equipment. Sharp blades put the fun in tools and that applies double for a sawmills, wood chisels and hand planes. Definitely looking forward to the set up, learning curve, and sharp blade demo video.

I like the desk. Reminds me of the kind found in old shops. Would have several ink stains on it, and scratches from years of use. It tells a story. The black and natural wood looks good together. I didn't know vinyl could be painted. Learned something new.

I was like black black black the whole time you were trying stains and it was not looking good. Leaving the droor handles stained looked good and the chair turned out amazing. Your so funny,loved the little sanding skits.so funny. Your quite the hoot,and that dress and shoes,genius. I can imagine your patients love having you as there nurse and I bet you lift everyone's spirits in times they really need it. I just went through 5 months of chronic kidney failure.Totally blocked kidneys packed full of stones and had to have emergency surgery then 11 weeks later had surgery #2 and about 15 tests through the whole thing.But it makes a big difference when you have caring drs and nurses and nurses that have alittle spirit and joy helps alot too. So thank you for being a nurse and helping people that really need it and someone to make them smile which I'm sure you do with your personality 😊. Oh and did you ok that little office with Steve before you did it? haha Love your videos I always smile when I see yours pop up. You two be safe God Bless and Happy Easter!!

Releasing the mouse was cute. I remember a video from years ago showing a kid nursing a baby squirrel that broke its leg after it fell out f a tree. The young man released the squirrel in the woods and immediately a hawk swooped and caught the squirrel and flew off with it. Bad for the squirrel, good for the hawk.

Desk and chair look great, and so do you . Plywood is hard to get a good finish on . Your choice to paint was the right one . I hate painting solid wood . Glad you left the legs and handles un painted . Thankyou for sharing your adventure with us .

At least the dress was gorgeous... NO, joke aside, with that kind of wood you cannot avoid the zebra style by staining. Maybe a lacquer would have done better but even then... I'm glad you received accessories for the wood mill. It'll save you much time and effort in the future. give your (4 legged) people a hug !

Michelle, try using a gel stain when you are staining woods like pine or fir. It will give you a much more even appearance than basic oil stains.
