Journaling is the best, i've been journaling since 2017 and i kept all of my journals, often i also go back and read them. It helps me a lot! Today has been very stressful, so thank you Leah for this calm and cozy vlog

I totally relate on the things about journaling, it is extremely therapeutic and you don’t sound crazy at all, I just did it before watching the video and it helps putting in order the stuff in your mind. It’s amazing hearing it from someone else, I thought I was the only odd one

I've recently gone through surgery, but these videos have truly been keeping me going while I recover. They always feel like a cosy, warm hug (that sounds very strange but its the best wy I an describe the effect of these videos).

Hello! I just discovered your channel today and I've been watching many of your videos. For some reason your videos are so comforting to me. I'm also in university (my fourth year now) and I was surprised to see how honest you were with being burnt out. I get depressed in the winter months and I'm also burnt out recently with exams so I was comforted with your honesty. Hi Leah, you have a nice relaxing routine, Maybe journaling will help with my anxiety which just won’t go away 😊 have you heard of Eckhart Tolle? Have you read his book? Is it warm in your flat?

hi Kenneth ! I used to suffer with a lot of anxiety (and sometimes still do), I sincerely hope you can find something to help ease it. no I had not heard of him ! but I've added his book to my to be read (: + luckily I get a lot of sun in the day, and there is a radiator if I need it ! but I haven't been using it too often ☺️
