I have a lot of things to do but I can't do anything. I got about a million thoughts running around in my head. These days, it's hard enough just to make my class. it's getting harder to keep smiling at people around me . I don't know what to do :/

since i bought a journal my mental health has gotten a lot better. you don’t necessarily need to buy a new book to write in, you could use the notes app on your phone or just scrap paper write how you’re feeling and why you think you feel this way, that’s the first step to feeling better 💕

My advice for tea is …. Try making chai by Indian style 😊 … these flavour milk or tea powder is far different from the beauty of real way to make chai ❤….. your vlogs are calming and beautiful 🌸🌸🌸🙌
