I do carry a small Milwaukee flashlight, lithium ion battery, USB charging, I use it more than I thought. I also carry a pocket knife but after 22 years of remodeling, I always grab my utility knife. Wearing carpenter pants, I have special pockets on both legs that house my utility knife and 5 1/2” Knipex pliers. Yes, I should be wearing suspenders to help with a heavy pants load.

You probably already know but in case you didn't, people just throw their patio/pool furniture in the pool in areas with hurricanes so they don't blow away. Not sure if you were worried about damaging the pool or not, but i imagine if you were gentle it would be fine.
