100% on the showering before Jiu Jitsu, I don't feel right unless I'm super clean and smell great hahaha then an hour later we're all soaked in sweat anyway, but oh well.

Just found your channel & now binge watching all your jiujitsu videos! ❤ I’ve been training in Japanese Jiujitsu for about 6 months now, and kickboxing for 1.5 years. Going to be starting BJJ this month & really looking forward to it! Love your videos, they’re super helpful!

What are you doing now while you heal? How do you keep sane not being able to train?

I can workout now and strengthen my leg, not as intensely but it’s something. I just got clearance to jog too so I’ll also be working on that. But the first few months were tough. I just tried to stay busy any way that I could.

In the future, should really put affiliate links to the products you are talking about. It comes off as a matter of factly, not anything "salesy" and people are looking for solutions for the jiu-jitsu problems and needs so you should get a cut of the action.

My gym is in the neighborhood I grew up in and just moved away from last spring. And I work from home 👍🏻 I made the situation harder because I chose to move farther away lol. But no commute is as terrible as the commute I used to do into Manhattan for work 😁
