Amy, I think you are the only person online who has the perfect balance of sharing being a Mum and cute little Kylo/family moments but also protecting your son and not sharing him/giving him a digital footprint so young. Some either cut out kids completely and can hardly acknowledge that parenting is a part of their everyday life, or they give away their child’s identity and privacy as a human being. Love the peace and tranquility in your video! This was just what I needed after a busy work day 😊 I add cinnamon to my matcha too. It gives that hint of ahhhh to my cup 🤗 I brew my coffee with cinnamon and thought this would go great with matcha. So good! Your banana bread and cream cheese frosting looks amazing. This is the time of year for those cozy, yummy treats when you want to splurge. Homemade is the best. TFS Amy and btw, I am loving my bege robe. I need the matching mocha slippers. This is such a sweet video! You look amazing Amy. I love the way you view and implement weight loss - really it’s the most healthy way I’ve seen on YT. You should consider doing a video about weight loss advice from all your journeys for someone just starting out or starting again. I’m sure you have some good rules of thumb we could all implement.

Love your vlogs… Been following you for aloooooong time… I have really long med hair like you.. Dark brown… I get it colored… A lot of shampoos will leave me with a dry scalp or itchy..😳😫 Looking for a really good shampoo and conditioner.. omg both the matcha drink and the bread look soooooo delicious!! And i agree with the sulphites, its a migraine trigger. Im going to check your magnesium glycinate. I am looking at the Pure Encapsulations brand but its only available online from healthy planet. Where did you get yours? Magnesium is a must for migraine. As always, love the vlog!! Fun tip: powdered sugar is is just pulverized sugar. So you could just add regular sugar to the blender and give it a good blend and voila. I was mind blown when I learned that.

You may have mentioned this in previous videos but when did you start your weight-loss post baby? I've been told I have to wait until breastfeeding is over but it makes me sad to think I can't start losing weight right away. PS you always look phenomenal ❤

I started at 2 months postpartum but I had a rough breastfeeding journey from the start so I can’t really give you my personal advice on that as I had already stopped breastfeeding around that same time. Thank you ❤️
