Self care is one of the best treats you can give yourself! Exfoliating dead skin is one of my fav steps in my routine. I have super dry skin all year round and now that we are in colder months my skin is in need of attention. TFS Amy. Your hair color looks great. I cut my own hair as well. I've mastered it over the years and when I need a quick trim, my personal salon works just fine 😅👍🏽🫶🏽💇🏽‍♀️

Could you do a video about your process for naps and nighttime sleep with your baby? Like specifics about your tips and experiences How you get him down Does he cry, what do you do to you go to him right away? Or let him cry? Do you have him fall asleep on his own? Ect.. Do you do a bath before bed? How do you do your day naps Do you rock him to sleep Blackout curtains Does he lay awake and fall asleep on his own, if yes how did you do it What do you have him wear to bed, what do you plan for bed at winter? I’m a new mom too and learning as I go, my mom passed when I was young and I don’t have mom friends so I thought I could hear what you do maybe in a vlog just your experience or something Others might enjoy too Please and thank u in advance ❤

Just a tip about facial hair, I’m a advanced dermal therapist. I’ve had facial hair for sooo many years now due to hormone issues. The best wax to use on the face is dip wax instead of strip wax, it’s a lot more gentle on your face and you can do it in smaller patches. Or even better laser hair removal if your hairs are dark in pigment you’ll get incredible results, they won’t go completely but the hairs will thin out and go nice a fluffy again instead of wirey pubic like hair💖

I’ve had laser hair removal on my face/chin! It worked ok but I guess I need more sessions. I did 15 sessions.

@@AmyMacedo It’s a forever ongoing process unfortunately, the facial hair is driven my hormones so we can only help slow down growth and thickness. The more sessions you do the further apart they will get until hopefully once every 3 months or so is enough for maintenance.

Thank you! Quick question someone else told me that if I don’t want my hair to pull too red, then I should use a volume 10 developer instead of 20. Is that true? I’m thinking of trying a 10 next time!

The only way I can understand them saying that is because anything higher than 10 vol is going to lift your hair’s natural underneath colour like bleach does, therefore because you’re lightening your hair, the tone will be lighter/more vibrant. You’re only wanting to change the tone of your hair, not lighten it, so the healthiest way is to apply 10 vol or lower xx

What are your views on using Epilator for chin and upper neck hair removal? I have been using it for over 2 years now, it's convenient but the hair definitely grow back and they are black and thick. I had tried laser 10 years back but didnt really help.

I’ve actually never tried! I have done laser though, and didn’t help much either. So now I just pluck them. However, ever since taking Inositol, I do get less chin hair.
