For mental health awareness month, I thought I would open up and share a little bit about my anxiety and mental health journey. I've been on Prozac for 4 months now and have never felt better. I hope this helps someone that may need it, I wish I had a video like this when I was just started out my healing journey. I’m on day 11 of fluoxetine and I definitely feel when you said “ it gets worse before it gets better” so I’m really looking forward to having full effects, it’s been so incredibly rough right now but I’m trying to be patient and take my medication as directed. Glad to see you’re doing good now. Really glad I came across your video this definitely helps. Thank you💓

How did you go I started 7 days on 10mg and upped to 20 mg now been two weeks and it gets horrible I've had such bad headaches and can't leave the house very fearful and panic attacks all night

Do you remember when did you start losing your appetite 😢 , cause I got prozac prescribed for me for emotional eating, its day 2 but I feel the opposite ☹️
