Today, i just started taking 1 pack of Animal CUTS once i wake up (7:30 AM) for the first week. I’ll be taking the 2nd pack by next week. So, When should i be taking “FURY”, A hour before gym or ?? Thank you

Ty very much for effort and work . For a +40 year old who wants to keep an eye on his orgen health ( kidney , liver, heart ) . Do you recommand Pump ? How many scoops per day ? Is there a load up phase for the creatine ( 4 or 5 days of 20 g then back to the 5 g only per day ) ? Do i need Fury ? Is it not kinds dangerious or risky for me ? Thanks a lot again 👍

I’d recommend bring this to doctor first to get them to check out if you’re concerned. If you do pump, start with 1 per day and test out. There’s always a load phase with monohydrate, never with creatine HCL. Double dose for a week then reg dose afterwords. Fury is a pre workout so up to u

Great video. I would like to get your honest opinion about the creatine that universal has, it use to be German creapure but no longer is not. I herd that if it is not German creapure then it means it is made in China with possible toxicities in it . What is your honest opinion? Thank you

When it comes to creatine, simple….take either mono or hcl, 5g per day . Done.

Some people prefer to add their own creatine dosage so they can calculate it better. That's why some brands do not put it in the pre workout.

Both the containers written clearly they are of 20 servings as per their recommended dosages!

Both the containers I have are 30 servings each as it states on the back of the bottles. These are the 30. The website photos show the 20scoop ones. It is confusing, but I have the 30servings Faisal!
