Thank you! I was confused about the construction of the wheel but I was able to disassemble it following your video. Turned out I got the same situation just like you. Disassembled it, reassembled it, viola it’s working! Really not sure what got wrong 😂

thanks for this. I followed all you steps including the contact cleaner in the motor and running it for a minute with a bench power supply. Seems great now!

I had this exact same issue just now, didnt disassemble it but instead i moved the stuck wheel back and forth strongly few times and I felt it loosen up. When I start it up again it worked fine again 🤗

This is the way. Your comment saved me a few hours. I used a lot of force, and used a fast repeating pushing motion (same direction) until it loosened. Vacuum is happily cleaning now!

WD40 is really the universal answer to all problems

The reason its not working is because you're feeding it too much junk food, namely Dip n Chips, of course the poor thing got overweight and depressed. As a Doctor I'd recommend that you prescribe Lithium 👍😁
