Hello is there any possibility to recieve a DVB-T signal? I mean is it possible to watching a TV with this set in your video? If it is, would you tell me how to do it? Thanks!
@backofficeshowКүн бұрын
I think it might be possible by changing the USB driver. I think the chips are in. These were originally for DVB reception. Be able to watch DVD through decoding it it has to be native on the device

I think in the modern IOT world, these things are effectively obsolete. You have smart bulbs and mmWave sensors for a better result and you never have to faff around with mains electricity.

Sometimes you just want a solution. That'll sit and work and work and work and work for a decade or two and not need any apps, internet connections or anything else 🤣
Ahhhhhh!!! That makes so much sense!! sense-itivity!! 😂😂

Interesting in that they used a relay as opposed to an SCR.
@backofficeshow2 күн бұрын
Probably cheaper and simpler in implementation?
@thisisyourcaptainspeaking22592 күн бұрын
@@backofficeshow I much prefer the relay myself, should be more robust than the undersized SCR I typically see. Other issues with SCR's are surge from an incandescent failure often wipes them out and other types of lamps like LED'S and Fluorescents often don't play well with SCR switching characteristics.

Relays for the win! I found more on Amazon, would be interesting to see if they also had relays

I got once got a solar kit very similar to this one and the only things I kept were the solar panel and motor so I could use them for other things. Also did a similar thing with other science kits where I would purge them for items that I found useful for my other hobbies.

I loved the old ones. Only had to swap it once. The new rebranding, I swapped constant times. Now I have no warranty and conveniently the multifunction button fell off.

Sounds awful. More often than not I am enjoying the extremely cheap in air pods that come from Amazon with their own charging docks. £10 goes a long way there to a solution that actually sounds a lot better than the shokz

@backofficeshow I have something similar but they aren't bone conduction. They do ok for battery life though

Do you still have the instructions from dada? They are no longer trading, and I just want to do some upgrades on a broken quad 33. They used to be freely available on their website, but unfortunately that also doesn’t function. Many thanks.

Tip, when you’ve drilled your hole, don’t check for sharp bits and shards with your fingers like you did 😂

They are close and thick from all the checking I do, but I agree, not a job for un seasoned fingers! 😂

I bought one of these with about 40 bits and came in a proper carry case. Had it about a year and has been rock solid for the price of around £35.

That's great to hear, it does feel like a sturdy bit of kit. Perhaps this is the entry level pack and they do a few variants. I'm not going to grumble as it was a gift, and apart from the bit storage and lack of USB C, very little to complain about.

Since the (SMA->ipex) feeder plays a role in the setup and the monopole antenna is ground plane dependent,use a SMA->ipex adapter attached to S11 port,plug the feeder there and calibrate the VNA at the SMA end of the feeder.Then attach the antenna there to tune it.For 868 Mhz a 1mm enamel copper wire with 9 turns winded in a 3.5mm drill did the job.Also the distance of the first coil from where the sma ground ends is important and it's 9mm

You should use a punch and hammer to punch where the hole should be drilled, that way the drill won't slip and drill somewhere else on the board

Thank you so much for fast reply! Main problem must be heat, we had a headwave last week with 46 degrees C and since then wipers went off. I'm afraid that used ones here in Cyprus will be same or even worst. Thanks again.

My wipers stopped working, the mechanic told me that the control stalk needs replacement, do you think that i could easily fix this by myself?
@backofficeshow8 күн бұрын
Realistically if it's worn out or broken, I would be looking from a replacement from a scrap yard than trying to fix it

Hey everyone! Just a heads-up about working with epoxy resin. You’ve got two types: the two-part epoxy doesn’t need any UV light to set. It’s pretty neat - you mix the resin with a hardener, and they start to solidify all on their own through a chemical reaction. Give it a few hours, and it’ll be all set, no UV light needed. Now, for the one-part resin, that’s where UV light comes into play. If you’re using this kind, you’ll need a decent UV (or sometimes LED) light to get it to cure properly. The little light you might have at home might not cut it, so check the bottle for the recommended wattage. Oh, and about hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) - great job on the pronunciation, by the way - it’s in both types of resin. It helps the final product stay dry, adhere well, and keep its strength once mixed. So, if you’re experimenting at home with two-part resin, remember to mix equal parts of both. No need for a light, but patience is key as it takes a while to cure. On the flip side, if you’re using one-part UV resin, you’ll likely need a 65W light, but the payoff is it cures super fast, like in 30 seconds! I personally find the one-part UV resin a bit easier, especially if you’re just starting out. Plus, you can have fun with any leftovers.

Great attempt and great video. I am currently struggling with a Phasar 2000 that was working but now that I finished polishing the case the module now resets back to 1:00 after I am done setting the time and date. I am guessing the grease i put in the wall of the pushers is causing the issue, but I am not certain

Mine broke after less than a year, in the same spot, but the design of mine looks different inside. There's no exposed titanium in the band, but rather a plastic end that is supposed to lock to two pins embedded in the end of the headphone section. The strange thing was that the plastic where the pins were embedded was completely crumbling away, as if there was something wrong with its composition. In any case Shockz was good about warrantying this pair.

😂😂😂 better this way. take a moto and a mirror and a laser pointer. tge laser will be stationary and will hit the mirror. a motor will make the mirror to move up and down . so the mirror move will have the shape o signal. the driver will take the input and the murror will bounce the laser into mirror who will reflect it to a wall. niw yiu will need just a camera of a phone and a soft who can mive the image to the left . on the phone screen will be laser at all the points in time
