But yes, they usually do it this way but usually it's just pairings, or one pair with a person on the sofa.

The end with her saying "ashamed of myself" [for being "vanilla"] hit deep; I hope she learns to feel confident in accepting herself. p.s. (and mini-rant coming) For being "vanilla" I put in quotation marks because choking is NOT vanilla. Choking can be very dangerous and especially so if the participants are not trained on safer choking techniques, anatomy and so on. Many people in the kink-community consider choking to be a form of edgeplay (dangerous enough to avoid entirely, or proceed with a different level of awareness). Is choking "freaky" (phrase she used in the CUT video)? I don't believe it has to be; choking is certainly becoming more mainstream in the vanilla world. However, becoming "mainstream" does not necessarily make things less taboo. In her defense, she might be referring to "breath play" and not actual "choking" (to point of blacking out or close to it), but even breath play has a lot of the same dangers as choking. Non-consensually choking someone is NOT okay (and what is worse is that these vanilla choking cases are often times from people without safety knowledge/training on how to make choking safer). This is quite frankly really scary to me. Choking is dangerous enough without people believing a "little choking" is vanilla. I hope everyone interested in choking does a little research for safety...that knowledge might just save your life...

100%. Choking can be fun for some, but it is definitely not vanilla (coming from someone who enjoys it). It can get very dangerous. Plus, we are seeing a lot of situations where one partner initiates choking on a new sexual partner without asking ahead of time and establishing a safeword because choking is just seen as the norm for sex in porn. Scary stuff.
