If I have our Son and my wife files but our child has been living with me in another state will the judge take that into consideration as far as custody goes?

Jurisdictional issues (which state can hear the case) are complex and are best addressed with an attorney. In Georgia, the custody standard is the best interests of the child. The judge will consider many factors in determining what is best for the child

19 years married , 16 years sporadically .. now he’s living in a Transitional Housing he’s retired not paying any money to live there they are fraudulently getting money from the state to take care of him. He has always given me all of the money while he was working, and retired to take care of the bills, car notes, food, clothing, utilities, and I never worked in the 19 years. Now the Transitional Housing is denying that he’s even there but they’re double talking saying that he signed the form for me not to get any information about him. What I want in the divorce is alimony which is a bum. He worked 57 years at the post office and only gets $3100 a month because he refuses to file taxes, so now they’re taking taxes out of his retirement, current taxes and back taxes. What I want in the divorce is $2500 a month keep my medical and my Dental since he can live for free. We have no children, no property, no credit card debts etc. etc. etc. should that be easy? Oh but how do I get him to sign, he will not leave the building. He’s a hermit in there.
